A better question might be will Mason last the entire season?

Or.....which is worse, the quarterbacks or the coaching?

They won't. Vanderbilt is the worst SEC team since 2011 Ole Miss, and with less talent.

IIRC he had offers from Florida State, LSU, State, etc. What I want to know is how Mullen even thought Rivers would fit in his offense.

He played at my former HS, saw a game or two when I was home. He looked pedestrian or worse even in Bama 5A. Lanky, mechanics like his brother, and too prone to scramble for somebody who runs like a wounded giraffe.

Desperate times call for desperate measures

I'm glad Cam has been able to pull us out of those tough times

Frankly, I'm just hoping against hope that something will "click" at some point. We were always going to be down this year, but there's no way we should be quite as bad as we've been so far. Something's off and, the imposition of an unsuitable defensive scheme for the personnel aside, I'm damned if I can figure out what it is.

You're just lucky y'all aren't playing us. We'd definitely win that game. I can say that because you can't prove otherwise.
