By who's authority can alcohol be banned at games not held on campus? I'm surprised that the Georgia Dome would be dictated to in that way.

I think it would be great but I normally just bring in whiskey in a flask or water bottle. If they sold beer in the stadium I probably wouldn't buy it because the lines would be ridiculous, especially in the student section.

Or I could just make pledges get it for me

Because people who get stupid drunk are annoying at ball games, when I'm actually interested in the game.

If they sold beer at games I would only buy if I had no whiskey

I've had liquor at every SEC game I've been to

Would kind of take the fun out of it for me. Not paying 8 bucks for a beer when I can sneak SoCo in.

Careful there, Bundy.

I don't think you want OM to get hold of the ridiculous sums of money that would result from sales of alkyhaul at VHS.

I take it you must hate NFL games or have never been to one.

I can't speak for everyone, but if they would start selling beer at games, I would be more sober at the end.

There's nothing like a night game at the Dome. It's a thing of alcoholic beauty.

I do not attend NFL games for this very reason, plus the price of the tickets.

So what would happen if say Anheiser-Busch signed a deal with Missouri athletics and they started selling it at games exclusively.

Would Slive step in?

Would other SEC schools follow suit?

Mizzou is a dry campus, and I have heard rumors (from a family member who is a midlevel manager) of AB offering this and the University turning them down.

I don't think anyone would be getting super drunk off some $7 beer.

mixed drinks aren't much better at NFL games. two whiskey and cokes cost me nearly $30.
