I dont think OM will have a chance this year. They are 2-3 probably from competing for it...assuming they can still pull in good classes.
But how weird would it be if Ole Miss did become SEC champs?

I think that the west championship will be closer this year, Bama will probably win it again with LSU, TAM, Ole Miss battling for second.
They will play the winner of a tightly contested East division race between UF, UG, USC.
This year the winner of the East wins the conference.

I believe the SEC Champion will be decided after The World's Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party

This is the Ole Miss team that just went 3-5 in the SEC, right?

In football can any other SEC team come close to winning it?
Since nobody was close at all last year...

Does UF have a lot coming back this year? I know they had a really good season, but I think their record was better than the product on the field in a lot of ways. Unless Florida gets a lot better on offense, I just don't see them beating Georgia (neutral) or LSU (road) and maybe not SC (road) this year at all.

Don't LSU and Georgia also lose a lot on the defensive end of the ball? We're not the only ones with holes to fill.

LSU simply lost too much. It'll be a rebuilding year for them like 2008, 2009.

No Lsu won't be in contention.

There are 6 teams in the sec that have a legit shot to win their division and the conference.
Florida, Uga, and sc in the east
Bama, lsu, and a&m in the west
Alabama and tamu have the easiest west schedules so i say winner of that game goes
Usce has the easiest path in the east this year so i think they go.
All of ugas toughest games are home games though. If they defend home field theyll win the division.
None of ufs tough games are at home. They fricked.

8-0 if you count moral victories
Unless Jevan Snead is coming back this year, I don't see how they have a shot.

LSU has a really tough road to try to get back to Atlanta
