Can't see him getting another Head Coaching job after this cheating scandal he is involved in with Wake Forest but I could see him being an OC again in the SEC somewhere.

And the school has larger issues looming, like their SASC accreditation in question because of some serious corruption with the UofL Foundation and President Ramsey. So they're probably happy to attempt to minimize any issues in the AD.

If Louisville didn't fire Pitino for all the shite he's done, there's absolutely no way they'd ever fire Petrino.

Louisville is the only place he can coach. Where else is there someone like Pitino you could put him beside and say "he's not that bad".

Who is going to fire him? Jurich? Ramsey ( oh wait, Ramsey has his own scandal and was let go by the Governor).
Jurich runs the most corrupt athletic dept in the country (save North Carolina). There is no moral/ethical compass at that school in southern Indiana.

It's Louisville. They won't fire him, no matter how bad this makes them look. They've had a head coach impregnate a skank in a restaurant, ran a prostitution service out of the players dorms, and hired Petrino back after " the Crash". This won't bother them either.
