If you don't beat them, I would be embarrassed.

No, Unless their secondary is able to play coverage and not high school girl scout football.

Doubt that, didn't he just sign an extension until like 2020 or something?

I can't decide if the DC move is really a good one... Robinson was thought of highly when he was at Texas before, but he got smashed when he was at Michigan. Not sure how this will work out

I think the DC change will make a bit of difference in this game. UT players just did not want to tackle against BYU. Robinson will probably get their attention for this game.

Of course, the UT defense could just quit if things start going badly early.

If they don't, it will be a huge disappointment. BYU is a mediocre team and they just blasted Texas. If Ole Miss wants to legitimately compete in the West race, they have to prove they can beat teams like Texas, because the top 3 in the West are much, much better.

You think the Manny Diaz caused the UT player to not want to tackle? That's asinine. The problem is Mack Brown and the rest of the program making excuses for the poor performance of the players. Their players are coddled babies and are not adequately developed or prepared to play. It's a frickin' mess in Austin and you can guarantee there will be some blood letting at the end of the year barring a miracle turn around.

Can Robinson get them prepared to play at some point this season? Maybe.

But, you can't expect they will be ready to play by Saturday. I would look for a lot of the same on Saturday from the Texas defense.. especially if Ole Miss can get up early and kill their will.

As much as I would love it...I just don't see it happening. If it were at OM, I would have a much better feeling about it.

I would like to think so but y'all are probably gonna lose. Honestly, y'all didnt even beat SE Missouri State by 3 TDs and southland conference SE Louisiana beat them 45-7. It's a new week but playing at UT is not an easy place to win in.

this is why ole miss is in a lose- lose situation, Texas has better depth every where and extra motivation to win for their coaches sake, and extra motivation to beat a ranked sec team who is still trying to find consistency and a ranked team who maybe shouldnt be ranked just yet.

If we win we were supposed to, if we lose we are the worst ever.
