Did Chizik go to another SEC school immediately after failing and "steal" recruits?
There is a difference between the two scenarios.
He's not well liked by UF fans. It's just the way it is. It's actually understandable considering all the negatives his name is associated with at UF.

It's fricking crazy that anyone thinks that he can be a HC. I'm waiting for the day when he actually punches someone on the sideline and we will see what kind of badass he really is. His lack of control would likely get him knocked out in a real fight. I hear you though...$6m for a complete nut-job is insane.
