The Charlie Weis model. That man has made more money being fired than most coaches make for a lifetime of coaching.

I'm sure that has a direct impact on your life. Chizik took us to one of the worst seasons in our history and I couldn't be happier for the guy's success. I'm just saying, maybe you should let it go.

You aren't paying Chizik $2M per year to coach in your division

most of those buyouts are contingent on not working during the remaining length of the contract. With Auburn, if Chizik had taken another job during the time of the remaining contract, the new salary would be deducted from the old one.

Again, I don't think the money is the primary motivator of the hatred. But, if so, carry on.

That would make for a fun melt if we managed to upset Florida next year

There's plenty of motivation

1. 4-8
2. Georgia Southern
3. Taking Skyler Morninwheg over Paxton Lynch
4. Recruiting Treon
5. $2M/year

If everyone who acts like an a-hole teenager on the sideline got $6 mill a year, the world would go broke.

Chizik had a worse season, recruited shittier players, got blown out by every SEC team, and still made money off us... and none of us whined about him for as long as you guys have whined about Muschamp.
