Conflicting, but one has him at combine has helped him at 4.7, scout and rivals has him at 4.58..
So we'll say 4.6 area.

He's a high 4.5 at worst. I've never seen him get run down from behind. He just keeps picking up speed. His knock is he doesn't have that first (or second) explosive step. I'm not sure if that's hesitation on his part or it just takes him a few strides to get going but he has home run speed.

For sure. Someone his size should be running behind his pads. He doesn't have the physical running game you'd think he would have for a rb of his size. .

Definitely. If he could lower his center of gravity where his legs would be less vulnerable, he'd murder people and they'd think twice about going against him.

Eta: HH beat me to it.

Glen Coffee had his exact running style a

Henry doesn't run near as hard as Coffee did and Henry outweighs him by 30 lbs. Before this season ,you rarely saw Henry trying to initiate the contact the way Coffee did.
I'd also be shocked if Henry came close to Coffee's 3 cone drill numbers.

He is as physical as possible, his center of gravity is just too high for him to be an effective trucker in confined areas.

There are bigger backs that run far more physical. If he was running behind his pads I'd agree with you but he runs straight up which proves he doesn't run a physically as he can. Hell Brandon Jacobs is 6'4 and runs far harder.

bullshite . Jeremy Hill ran a 4.66 at the combine and Henry is not faster or quicker than Jeremy Hill.

At 40 yards, I agree, but 60 or 80 might be another story. His final gear is ridiculous.

No. But he'd be a good NFL linebacker

In 2013 JHILL had a td run of 40 yards or more in 8 out of 12 games.

Depends on his grade. Anything 3rd round and above, he'd be stupid not to go, considering the shelf life of RBs in the league.

I am with you. If you are running back who can make 3rd round, you are nuts not to go when you can.

Right now, I would say no.

Stiff, Lack of vision, straight-line runner, not as physical as he should be, but I do think he has deceptive speed, and is a good pass protector (he has gotten a lot better.)

he reminds me of Brandon Jacobs, just a little faster

I've always felt that as well - good comparison.

Maybe a little stronger too, or he has gotten stronger. He used to go down pretty quickly, but now just flat runs over guys - people can't arm tackle him anymore.

Reminds me of two USC RB's, O.J. and Marcus Allen with his straight-up running style. I don't think he will reach Lacy's level, but probably with surpass Ingram's level.

Probably the best pass blocking tailback in the country

TIFWIW, but a guy on Twitter (Matt Miller, so again TIFWIW) reviewed the tape after the big Henry block vs Wisky and said other than that one play he completely blew in pass pro. Idk though, didn't check.

To do that, you have to get wide with your feet. He's going to have problems with center of gravity/balance/feet no matter where he's playing RB. His NFL career will hinge on what type of o line he gets to run behind.
