Somebody who was that good and the biggest thing (by far) he is remembered most for in his hometown is what a gigantic a-hole he was!! Whenever his names comes up to a certain age group almost everyone has an a-hole Will Clark story that boils your blood.

I've heard stories of him being overtly racist towards palmeiro and an a-hole in College... like if WC showed up to the party people started leaving and went elsewhere. could just be hearsay though yet i hear it all the time.
