I hear we have a new left tackle walk-on that is making waves: Jeremy Hunsil. He is a 6'5, 305 kid from somewhere near Orlando.
Your DL scares me. JMac is going to be running for his life. I hope he's fully recovered from his injury that he picked up against WKU. Didn't seem to be hobbling too much against AP.

Our defensive line is ferocious and our secondary is aggressive and athletic.
Truthfully, I hope we rest a lot of our defensive starters, or at least limit their playing time.

Ole Miss was shutdown for the last 3 quarters that they played against LSU and they were averaging over 35 points before coming into that game.
Granted it was last year, at Tiger Stadium, Ole Miss may have vastly improved since (from being ranked #3 last year!), upgraded at QB, home game this year, yada yada.
LSU put 264 yards on the ground last year. It will be over 300 this year. I'd say we have an "upgrade" at QB (everything has to be UP from rock bottom!).
That said, I see it as 24-21 type of a game. 2003 all over would be nice!

First of all, congrats to Ole Miss.
Made the plays when they had to, to win a road SEC game.
But can't be stopped?
They had less than 100 yards of offense in the first half.
Of their 430 total yards, 60ish came off the fluke play of the year and another 60ish came off of a questionable play where you have drunk lineman running all over the place on a pass play.
Without those plays you have 300ish yards total.
As far as the Ole Miss D? You gave up over 500 yards to a team that gave away 2 possessions on the kickoff. Without those fumbles the numbers get even more lopsided.
Again, congrats on the victory. You guys have a good team. But you beat Bama last year and didn't do anything with it. So I'll wait to anoint the Rebs with the Western Title.
