based on....what, exactly? Gus absolutely won't be offered an NFL job, he's simply not an NFL coach. Sumlin..same. Plus he's never won at a high level in college. Freeze? LOL. Mullen? Double LOL.

Not near future, but if Mcelwain has success at UF he will be offered an NFL job. He fits the NFL mold better than most of the guys you mentioned

Malzahn seems the most likely, IMO. Hard to disagree with your list though. Could see Sumlin being offered too.

Successful offenses, how old they are, they all have different reasons. Mainly all of them are young enough and held some sort of successes as head coaches.

This might be the first time I've ever agreed with you. Its readily apparent Freeze's ceiling is college coaching.
