Can't really see it happening…….

Malzahn, Sumlin, Freeze Or Mullen are probably the most likely to be offered a head coaching job.

Mcelwain Jones? Maybe if they start winning?

Spurrier, Pinkel and Saban are too old at this point.

Can't see Richt, Miles, Stoops, Bielema, Mason getting an offer...

Bielema already said the Dolphins had wanted him, so I wouldn't be surprised.

and why the frick would any self respecting NFL team offer Butch Jones a job? Maybe the Jags I guess

Sumlin??

Why the hell would an NFL franchise absolutely destroy themselves for the next few years by hiring any of those guys you mentioned?

After the Aggies go 8-4 the next two seasons Sumlin will laugh his rich happy arse to a less stressful offensive coordinator job in the NFL

Freeze and Mullen have zero chance of getting a job. Malzahn could find some moron GM who thinks his system will work but it is unlikely. Sumlin has had chatter but there are redflags about his ability to run a program and his success has hit a lull

Mcelwain

If he wins, he is almost a sure bet to get NFL interest

Jones

Guy has a track record of amateur in game decision making. All of the Jones hype is due to UTk's dominant recruiting which doesn't matter in NFL. He has a long long way to go before NFL takes him seriously

Spurrier, Pinkel and Saban

2/3 already had NFL jobs and Pinkel probably deserved one given his ability to field winning teams from the "low talent" pool he recruits from

Bielema could definitely get an offer going forward. He has 3 Big X championships, he fields a good defense, his offensive identity is a pound the football pro element that likely would succeed in NFL.

Saban is a failed NFL coach and will never leave Alabama until retirement.

I suppose Mcelwain would make sense if he does well at Florida.

Sumlin has already been offered at least two NFL head coaching jobs.

Here is a report of one of them.

Saban and Pinkel would be the second oldest coach in the NFL...Spurrier would be the oldest...heck, Miles would be the 5th oldest.

Hard to believe there are only 4 NFL coaches over the age of 60. It seems like not too long ago, there were a bunch of old retreads in the league.

Saban would be stupid to ever leave Bama. he is the most powerful man in the state. More powerful than the governor. I bet if Saban said STOP, they would stay an execution in Alabama.

There is only one guy in the world world who thinks Les Miles would be a solid hire as an NFL HC. And that guy owns the Dallas Cowboys.
