I had a Clemson fan tell me not two hours ago that Bama would have been bent over by OU

I'm hoping for a good dose of overconfidence from Clemson. It worked fine back in November with LSUs overconfidence against Bama.

I'll be pulling for Bama, SEC needs the NC to come back home.

I'll probably never say this again, but last night I was actually thankful that I didn't live in SC anymore. I couldn't put up with that paw power shite.

I don't pull for Alabama, but for one night I'll make an exception.

It is an acceptable alternative to dealing with Clemson fans, I'll give you that.

Can't really say I am "rooting" for Bama but I know this is the biggest moment of Dabos life. I want him to fall flat on his face. I have lived through a few years of Bama winning it and can certainly deal with another one.

Plus I like how Bama is fricking over UGA hard as hell right now.

How are they fricking over UGA? Isn't recruiting in a dead period right now? I don't follow recruiting too closely, so correct me if I'm wrong.

UGA didn't have the balls to tell Kirby they wanted him in Athens ASAP. Instead he is burning the candle at both ends trying to get things in order for his new job while also coaching his team. Hell he is flying to jax to watch the game tomorrow even. That is not the way you want your incoming head coach trying to get his house in order.

Any sensible UGA fan would have wanted Bama beaten last night so he could have started today exclusively with UGA. But you will get those that try to justify it cause he will be on the screen once or twice during the NCG.

Meh. Its not like 10 days in January will make or break a season that starts in September.

I just can't do it.

But I am rooting for Clemson to lose, does that count?

in setting up a brand new coaching staff with a coach who has never been head coach? I would venture to believe ten days has a hell of a lot more worth than the amount of exposure Kirby will get because of Alabama being in the NCG.

I think it sends a good message to recruits that he's sticking with his team until the season is over.
