It depends on whether you mean Bama fans or the university. The university will get its 5th choice, but the fans will get their 20th choice.

They're finding out they're just like any other college football program. It'll take them 2-3 years to really kick their spoiled ways.

This! Bama going to have to wait 2 weeks just like every other school to get their HC announcement. I can only imagine the BOT getting reality check after reality check as coaches say no. It's pro football now, all that matters to a coaching hire is how much money is available for NIL. I have no idea, but how does Bama's NIL compare with other schools?
