USM sucked last season and still whipped the shite out of UAB. You can be all over Bill Clarks dick-riding train all you want.....but it still doesn't change the fact that UAB is a drizzling pile of shite team.

Why would you want Bill Belicheck as offensive coordinator? His entire career as an assistant was on defense, other than two years in the late 1970s as a TEs coach.

Bill Clark is better than their previous coach. I think it's awesome that the smaller schools in Alabama are turning to HS coaches (Joey Jones, John Grass, Bill Clark). Jones has built South Alabama from the ground up and Clark has a chance to do great things at UAB, despite having little to nothing to work with.

No, I don't think UAB has much of a chance in this game, but their first showing (490 yards, 48 points, 338 yards on the ground) indicates they might not be the easy out MSU is hoping for.
