Well maybe didn't think about that after reading what he said. He wasn't even charged and there hasn't been anything negative said about him that I know of before that incident.

On a serious note, I would vote for Carr from FRESNO! Threw for over 4k yards and has them at 11-1. But because he's at FRESNO, he gets left out the picture because this is a popularity contest.

First of all, you're wrong. Winston's not a thug. The girl that accused him isn't credible because she changed her story about several key events (most notably how much she drank the night of the incident), so there's no evidence that he actually did anything wrong wrt her, and outside of that accusation the dude has been as anti-thug as possible.
Secondly, even if you were right, assholes win the Heisman all the time. So that wouldn't be a big enough deterrent considering that he's pretty much the runaway favorite to win.
