Why McCarron deserves (will win) Heisman trophy in 2013

Winston is pretty much just another thug in the wheel of big-time college football w extremely gifted athletic talent who thinks he can do and get away w what he pleases. He makes choices just like everyone else. Listen to him talk and act and you should understand. Being accused of rape/assault is a very strong allegation -
probably 2nd to murder IMHO.
On the other hand McCarron is a genuine human being who answers questions with thought and humanity. I respect that and appreciate it. He's also done everything he could possibly do to help his team win.... win.... and win some more. Most victories EVER in college football! He gets my vote.
Call me whatever you like. McCarron wins! I will be extremely happy for the young man if/when he does. I will only write this once: Roll tide!

I will be kind to McCarron and say that he should have been in the Top 5 in Heisman voting for 2012. I mean his stats weren't awe-inspiring, but they should have been recognized. Yes, he was still a game manager, but he managed to break Gump passing records, all while having not 1 but 2 1,000 yard rushers in his backfield.

I'm sorry, but as much as I hate these guys, they deserved to win it far more than their respective competition. Winston is no different. Production on the field matters.

If he'd won the Iron Bowl, I suspect he would have had an SEC Championship Game performance akin to McElroy's 2009 performance: 239, 1 TD, 0 Ints.
That still puts him below 3,000 and 30 TDs. It's all hypothetical. But a 2915 yard, 27 TD, 5 Int season doesn't win you the Heisman. He might place as high as #3, but no way are the voters going to select him above Jameis Winston or Andre Williams.
