Jennings was our starter in 2014. Harris started the auburn game as a TRUE FRESHMAN having no experience @ Jordan-Hare.

1. 17 returning starters

So does Louisville and Florida State.

2. No weaknesses. If you think QB then you obviously don't know how QBs improve year two.

This is year 3 of Harris, but it is year 2 of Jeremy Johnson.

3. Only Bama averages better when you combine the last 4 recruiting classes

So you are saying Bama is better?

4. Tough games are all at home

You play Wisconsin at a neutral site, @Auburn, and @ Florida.

5. Lsu will be favored in every game

Doubtful, but possibly.

6. No back to back road games

That does help, but you aren't the only school like that.

So changing defensive schemes with your 3rd defensive coordinator in as many years is a plus? Just look at how Auburn has fared on the defensive side of the ball with so many defensive coordinators.

Well if you count the ONE game in 2014 Harris started and the 2015 season as being a 2 year starter then I guess im wrong...or you're just an idiot.

Neat. They have 1 returning starter for every point they lose to Arkansas by.

You're trying too hard dude. Starting 1 of 13 games in 2014 doesn't make you the returning starter in 2015.

You're definitely more right than I am, but you can't discount the PT he got in 2014. He's been a starter ~1.2 years now

I'll say it - this is LSU's year. There are no more excuses left in the arsenal. When you return over 75% of your starters, and your head coach has felt real fire under his arse, and you seriously upgrade the DC , and have a very favorable schedule then it's your year to get it done.

Most really wouldn't argue that LSU should be the favorite but being the favorite in the SEC West doesn't really mean that much.

Re #1. 17 returning starters who are used to getting slaughtered by Alabama, Ole Miss, Arkansas, and barely squeeking by Miss State and Florida. Not exactly world beaters and the reason non turned pro is none were good enough to do it.

Re #2. In a two-deep roster, when a team returns exactly one proven LBer and only two DLmen who are not freshmen, adapts from other positions, or former bench warmers, most people would call that a "weakness." And when said team had their front seven pushed around like light-weights by any and all power teams they faced the last two years, most people would call that "a question mark."

Re #5: LOL... oh my god that just seals the deal. LSU is going to go undefeated to the NC. By the way... nice alter.
