Why are you using past seasons results to predict future games? A&M beat a 3-9 Auburn team by 40 points at Auburn only for them to nearly win the National Championship the very next season.
You kicked our arse last year (and the 2 times before that) but that doesn't mean anything this year.

I could ask the same question about any team in the country including Georgia! We are young, but that don't mean young automatically equals losses. The last two Heisman winners were freshman

We were 22-5-1 against the baggies from 1944-1986 lost 5 in a row now we we are 3-0 this century, no fear here. We have a want to play this game.
A lot of young bucks don't know this but A&M and LSU is like one of the top ten oldest rivalries

One game in a season of 13. I would gladly lose to LSU every game indefinitely if it meant A&M won every other game as well.
As for finshing higher in the SEC. To quote Ricky Bobby "If you aint first youre last!". Who gives a shite about finishing 3rd or 4th of 5th.

This means very little also. Why did we get selected for a better bowl than you if you "finished higher than us" (even though we tied)? Where did finishing higher than Bama in the SEC get you in 2011. We had a better record and finished higher in the national rankings. I'll take that every time over winning a single game.

I am not and I even said it up front. The point was not score predictions but fan confidence.
LSU has beat A&M in 3 straight games, 2 of 3 blowouts, 2 or 3 in their state. A&M has not beaten LSU in 19 years. I know teams didn’t play for a while… don’t get lost in the joke…… but now that we do we have kick their arse pretty easily.
I am not saying LSU will win again this year for sure, in fact it will be a bit of a shocker if LSU dominates them as well as they are playing and as well as young as LSU is. Just saying on average LSU fans feel more confident going into a game against an opponent they have dominated than say against Alabama whose situation the last 3 games is almost an opposite mirror.
