Football National championships In the last 20 years:

Alabama 6
LSU 3
Clemson 2
Florida 2
Georgia 2
Auburn 1
Florida State 1
Ohio State 1
Texas 1
USC 1

Seems the SEC is doing just fine to me

Remember when LSU beat your arse

And herbie was crying after the game

And he admitted that LSU’s team speed was overwhelming

And what took you dumdfricks so long to figure that out

Happy New Year to you

And your second Class conference

That always happens until you get to the games that actually matter. They match up the best out of conference teams against our bottom
Teams. They’ve been doing this for the last 30 years.

You should ask yourself why the SEC has won the last 17/20 NC games or something like that. Why do the other conferences so rarely produce a champion.

The answer is because yall are weak arse Yankees and left coast pussies. You mother frickers are soft!

Roll Tide bitch!

It's the coaching. Other than Saban, Kirby, Kiffin, and Drink, the other head coaches ain't shite.
Saban's record speaks for itself as does Kirby's, but none of the other coaches impress me. I believe players are now going elsewhere and they will only continue to go elsewhere.

Why are you here? You must be the one hooked onto "SEC football" at this site.

Why are you so dumb after 2 lower tier bowl games?

2 of the 3 worst SEC bowl teams lost. I expect the SEC to "maybe" lose 1 more of the 8 remaining (because Bama will win twice). Yeah, I expect Bama to win it all.

I'm not talking about Missouri or our game with them because I'm still now sure who we will have. If we were at full team then I would be confident but even if we were, Missouri is a good football team, maybe the 2nd best team in the SEC.

This is weak. Last year’s Ohio State recruiting class has more stars than the entire Mizzou team.

While Mizzou is indeed a good football team, they are - at best - the 3rd best team in the SEC. Alabama and UGA are clearly better, and a good argument could be made that Ole Miss and LSU are better.

Not taking anything away from Mizzou… without question a good team. I’m just pointing out that they are the 3rd to 5th best team in the SEC. And will be playing the #2 team in the Big10.

In terms of bowls, the SEC for the most part “plays up”….. typically the SEC in non-playoff regular bowls is playing a better team on paper. It’s just how the affiliations and pecking order stands. And even with that being the case the SEC still usually does well in bowl games. A&M and Kentucky were clearly not as good as their opponent, were “playing up”… and both were still competitive and nearly won the game.

A&M… #6 or #7 in SEC playing #2 in Big12

Kentucky… #8-#11 in SEC playing #6 in the ACC (and we all know Clemson is better than 6 in the ACC to begin with)

Mizzou… #3-#5 in the SEC playing #2 in the Big10

True about our recruiting but you still cannot deny how good Missouri is. No matter how talented our frosh are, they still ain't ready for a game of this magnitude.

I do hope tOSU beats Missouri by 50... which is remarkable, since I despise tOSU.

After all the crowing from Mizzery fans here I've got to say I'm leaning the same way...and I've never wished anything but pain and failure for tOSU.

But you want to judge SEC teams losing bowl games when one had a 4th string QB starting, 20 guys transfer/opt out, and a makeshift coaching staff playing the Big 12 runner up ? ok
