Everyone seems to think Ogre is terrible based on past HC experience, why not judge Kiffen like wise?

I think it's because Orgeron's record as a head coach in college is a lot worse than Kiffin's record as a head coach in college. It might not be a fair comparison considering Orgeron was at Ole Miss and Kiffin was at UT and USC. Orgeron as an interim has been excellent at USC and LSU, and I'm sure he would be much better as a head coach this time around

The same reason they are Saban. He wins when he has alot of talent. Give either one mediocre talent and they will never win anything.

I vote this post #1 dumbest thing I have ever read on the rant.

saban had msu at #5 before he left. I'd say that he can do wonders with mediocre talent.
When he plays mediocre talent.

Bert looked great there too and all he needed was a RB.

That may be, but neither one could be considered excellent based on their previous records.

He is a great OC but that's it..... Maybe he learned something from Saban.... But I doubt it. Don't like the guy at all he has had a silver spoon in his mouth since he was born, but is a great OC.

kiffin has proven himself to be a pretty good OC but i think his real talent lies in developing quarterbacks. anyone who hires him as a head coach is going to rolling the dice. maybe the last few years have humbled & matured him. i'll be interested to see how he handles himself once he's let off of his current very short leash.

I agree never been a big fan of Kiffin. I honestly hate his play calling and will be glad to see him leave Alabama. If he is such a developer of talent at QB Barnett would be starting. He will be putting up good number somewhere else soon.

frick........I can be the OC at BAMA and win the damn trophy. It's not freakin rocket science.

As you guys like to say you have just as much talent as we do. Well why the frick can't your OC create what Lane is doing? Why did Henry win the Heisman and LF not even go to NY?

He's taken 2 first year QB's to the PO's (winning one NC). Both were polar opposites in style. And this year it's all new again with a true freshman. All that and we're the #1 offense in the SEC. That's how fricking good he is. We are destroying defenses. I can't wait to destroy yours.

Yeah maybe I am stupid but you have proven on this site time and time again your a moron. Someone else calls me stupid I'll take it as constructive criticism. Coming from you hey maybe you got lucky and were actually right for once. In saying that I'm not going to just take it as the gospel a lying piece of shite as yourself is right. I'm sure you'll understand.

I guess you haven't been keeping up with SEC football but Les miles shackled the LSU passing game and was fired because of it. When LSU had no option to pass the ball it became very easy for Bama to key on the Running game. The LSU bama game last year was the difference in the heisman campaign. It's a media driven trash trophy. I expect LF to have a better NFL career than Henry and had he been playing for Alabama against LSU last year he probably puts up better stats than Henry did and wins the Heisman. With all of that being said that was last year and under Les Miles. The reason LSU fans are excited at the moment is due to the fact that we have been able to open up the passing game and get the ball into all of our playmakers hands while last year we would toss dive into a stacked box and attempt passes 30+ yards on obvious passing downs with two receivers.
