Sabans builds his teams to win the SEC West first and foremost.
For most of his tenure up until recently the biggest threat has been LSU, hence Alabama always scheduling their bye week before they play the Tigers.

Ole miss runs a different offense and seems to be the new threat to Alabama. Saban will adapt accordingly through personnel, scheme, and scheduling.

guess not having 5 turnovers will do the trick. And making sure OM doesn't have any flukey tipped passes

What's your excuse for 2014 when bama got the fluke, missed call touchdown?

Remember that time Saban hired an Ole Miss staffer to help him learn Ole Miss's playbook and then the cameras caught him using binoculars during the game and calling out plays to the DC? Lol.

And then the next year Saban canned him because Ole Miss changed up their playbook and Alabama lost to OM? Lol

But I guess Bama beat themselves that year.

It's actually quite pathetic if you think about it.

to beat Saban you basically need to play a perfect game. The last two years Ole Miss has done this, and Bama turned over the ball a shite load (which is really uncharacteristic of a Saban team).

Well, I guess that's at least one LSU fan voting to step down from the Big 6 in order to allow OM to take their place. Any others?

Saban is 7-2 against Ole Miss at Alabama, a program that is 51-10-2 against Ole Miss.

So... there's that.

But your 3 year old kid has yet to see Bama beat Ole Miss.

Laughing out loud over here.

Bama is going in dry this year. Ole Miss not close to as good they were the last 2 years. It wasn't just the qb it was Robert picking that one game to give s shite and bama not having anyone that could match up with Treadwell. Bama Wil win by 4 touchdowns

You're trying too hard. An OM fan did the joke much better earlier today.

He treats Ole Miss like a bye week, rests his guys up, and wins every other game. Gotten him to the playoffs every time.

Saban is doing and thinking all of the right things. His run has been amazing. Nothing is broken, Recruit the best players, teach hem what to do, repeat. I think the losses he has had since 2008 have been based mostly on 3 things:

1. Great players on the other team: Tebow, Alshon Jeffrey, Cam, LSU talent, JFF and Evans, Ole Miss defense and Treadwell, Nick Marshall. There are athletes on most SEC teams who are special. Get one with some help around him and they can compete for 4 quarters.

2. kicking game execution or lack there of: 9-6, kick 6. Saban has improved this aspect the last couple of years.

3. turnovers: last year Ole Miss. Some of this is just a young guy doing something stupid. I'm sure Saban harps on ball security just like everybody else.

here, this might help. Alabama had 5 TO's last year in that game and still did not get blown out. This means that the D was on the field quite a bit. I think if Bama plays sound fundamental FB and keeps the TO's to no more than 1 I think we are in good shape. Of course our OL will need to play better too.

I am sure this did not answer your question since you were trolling DA.

Historically built to stop the run and therefore not good against spread teams. But, unlike Miles, Saban is an adaptivery SOB. This explains it.

Ole Miss doesn't beat Alabama. Alabama beats themselves.

I must have missed that improvement. I think we can count on at least one missed field goal a game.

Considering you don't really develop a permanent memory until well after that, those kids will never remember this drop in the bucket ole miss has made in the series the last 2 seasons.

They will grow up remembering a sanctioned Ole Miss program in their childhood, and there will still have been no ole miss hardware in their lifetimes.
