SEC teams have made a lot of bad hires .

Basketball coaching in the SEC has gone up. Football has gone down. Saban factor imo

i guess it can't help but go up if / when Dabo goes to Bama.

Probably true. Achieving coaching parity with Dabo will be easier than conquering Mt. Saban. This will lead to improved coaching stability in the conference as the whole "must beat Bama" thing fades into the past.

Wasn't Franklin forced on Tubbs? I honestly don't remember but sounds right in my head.
