Ok, then do sec records (we won't worrying about weighting it to reflect how weak the East has been) and then pull out common opponents and look at that.

You counted your cupcake victories in your 25 wins. Maybe you should do one for wins against teams who finished ranked? or finished above .500?

so you're backing off the 25 games and going for a 1-game sample size?

LSU has not been good the last 3 years. Tennesee has been worse.
