1. Texas A&M has beaten Arkansas since joining the SEC from 2012-2016
2. LSU has beaten Texas A&M every year from 2012-2016, including the loss to the bad 2014 team with Anthony Jennings
3. The road team in the A&M/Auburn rivalry has won every year since 2012
4. Ole Miss is the only SEC team to beat Alabama (x2) since 2013, and coulda/shoulda won this year
5. A&M starts has started off undefeated every year since 2014 and then crashes in October/November. It's no longer a fluke

Nice to see LSU obsession over Daddy A&M never ends in the offseason

1. A&M has too much speed for Arkansas
2. LSU is too physical for A&M and matches their speed
3. Pretty evenly matched teams
4. Big WRs with good QB performances. Don't see why they should've won this year?
5. Poor coaching and an easier schedule to start the season

What?
Well we did beat ourselves this year by allowing Alabama to come back on us after being up 24-3

OP forgot that LSU hasn't beat Bama since Obama was in his third year as president.

The answer to 1. tends to be 5. Other then the two years we were in complete collapse/dumpster fire mode we play A&M fairly early in the season.
Bert believes in taking it easy in the offseason (he's talked about it being part of his coaching philosophy in). So we tend to play poorly early in the season.
Two of the losses were in OT and one of those came after an Arkansas collapse that makes the V. Tech one seem benign. So we've found ways to lose as well. 4th quarter collapses by Bert coached teams at Arkansas are more common then you would expect from our style of play.
Basically A&M starts off hot and Arkansas starts off cold (every year but this last one we've gotten better as the season goes on.) so taking on the Aggies early on does us no favors.
As to why the Aggies collapse late in the season... I have no clue but I am sure the A&M fans here have some fairly strong views on it.

You could find something better than that
That doesn't sound all that long ago.

For completeness let's include the cotton bowl that was played in January 2011
