Most schools do it.
Saban has bama where they don't have to.
Like another poster said there's always those losers that want to feel like the have a connection to program or be friends with players. Throwing them cash, little perks here and there, their wives and/or daughters like a sad white cuck, etc. Happens everywhere too.
When Saban leaves chances are high it'll be a scramble of unorganized cheating putting bama at risk stupidly. If bama doesn't hit it right with his replacement first go around it'll be interesting. Imagine Oregon level drop just a few years after Kelley leaving.

The Fluker thing. The fact that tons of Bama players from 2008-2012 showed up with new dodge chargers every weekend. Etc.
Doesn't prove anything...i heard a dodge dealer was giving huge discounts for auburn tears

Take a look at where players park on any major campus across the country and see what they drive. The car thing happens everwhere.

I think Bama pays players because most top programs do it. I have no evidence but I could easily see it happening. Nick Saban is also good friends with NCAA president Mark Emmert so don't expect them to get put on probation anytime soon. Occasionally they might get a infraction and Nick Saban will have to sacrifice an assistant to preserve the dynasty.

Must've been a three star.

There's too much at stake to not pay good players to sign with your school.

Agreed.
I think Ole Miss is a good example. They catch a lot of shite on this board for cheating, but at least they tried to elevate their program. If they get sanctions they will honestly be no worse off than they would have been anyway

i love hearing the dodge charger Auburn fans like to throw out against Bama.. I guess they have no idea you can get a friggin used Charger for like 6-7000...In my eyes, that moreso tells me the economic condition of Auburn fans.
