Just wondering why so many Missouri fans want respect after losing to Kentucky. It's a valid concern.

I expect a close game on Saturday. I wouldn't be surprised if we lost. We have a lot of weaknesses. I wouldn't be surprised if we won. I will be a little surprised if it's not a close game. I will be surprised if we score over 30. Anything else you'd like to know?

Lets do some arthimitic
Mauk + Mizzou defense = loss to Kentucky
No Mauk + Mizzou defense = a fluid offense
Lock + Mizzou defense= Florida loss
Florida loss + Mizzou win = East is down until Florida ever wins it again
Florida = Oklahoma of last 5 years
High expectations once you get on a little 5 game win streak against overmatched competition/ clueless coaches, and all of the sudden before you know it Florida will be back next year

You realize that this thread is dedicated to the last, I don't know, four days of watching Mizzou fans pathetically talk about how "The East is down!!", "What other excuses will programs not respect us for?", "Numba 1 Defense in the SEC!!!", "Lock finna eat 'n' be Heisman!!", "Why doesn't anyone respect our program?", etc. etc., right?
And all Killz and I did was talk about my 19 year old girlfriend, so I don't know what you're talking about entirely.

Lock: Drove the ball down the field -- near interception near the goal line.
Sacked and taken well out of field goal range.
That's Lock's production during the Kentucky game.
Against SC, the worst defense in the SEC, arguably, Lock got 138 yards total. 299 - 298, so South Carolina literally put up the same numbers against your defense as you did theirs.
It's cool, SC is really tough.

One series in the Kentucky game! Pinkle admitted to calling a conservative game in the second half. If Pinkle had a set of balls ( he doesn't when it comes to sportsmanship) we could run the score up on you frickers, but since he doesn't Mizzou will win 31-21. Tell Pinkle thank you for not humiliating you before the playoff ranking come out, and be sure to send him a fruit cake over the holiday season. Not that it really matters because you won't be ranked at the conclusion of the season.

Actually possible, considering we still have a bunch of tough games.
Playing Ole Miss, Missouri, LSU and Georgia in the same month is actually pretty sobering/harrowing.
