I lost all respect for jimbo when he allowed Jameis to run the program. Les and Jimbo are about the same as far as coaching goes imho, but Les is a far better person.

second thing I find hilarious is Bama fans suddenly championing for Les after all my years of going to Bama and hearing how big of a dumbass he was.

This 180 is fricking cute.

I'm not championing Les. I think both him and Jimbo are good for 2-3-4 losses a year in the SEC. But Les would do it with some semblance of control.

There was a quarterback competition during the early season you moron

Like I said all our Les Miles years we heard he won with Sabans players......

Now you are being lead by Jimbo recruit with two years of development under him and then saying he is a frick up.
You understand that one player transferring, and a new coach inheriting a team full of players are two totally different universes

Yeah, Saban only started Sims last year because he was a senior.

when the one player touches the ball every play and the other "developed" under Saban sucks balls, then yes.

This.

Poor ole Les is being fired because he is not Nick Saban. The only areas that Jimbo is an upgrade over Les is he is younger and he has no conscience or he wouldn't have impeded a rape investigation.

You're very obsessed with this. You'd think you'd have better things than to be worried about LSU tonight.

It's a message board. Do you have any substantive criticism of his post or just cheap shots because you have no rebuttal?

I suppose Zach Mettenberger should start claiming UGA and Butler Community College as his true alma maters since they were the teams that developed him.

Is that how this works?

We definitely know Les isn't responsible.

How exactly is success defined at LSU? Let's use Mettenberger as a baseline. Mett is NFL talent playing for a QB guru. Winds up playing in Tiger Stadium where QB dreams come to die, and dies on cue. Conversely Saban takes average talent at QB and plays for championships. Jimbo will not be in any playoffs this year while competing in the easiest conference in CFB. Loads of talent and won't sniff Bank of America Stadium this year. I encourage LSU to hire the guy. Now if someone would lure Urbs back for an encore heart attack everything would be right in the world of feetsballa.
