I'm worried because when Alabama plays LSU, if your neutral, I'd advise you to put money on the visiting team. Alabama has a history of shitting the bed at home vs the Tigers and LSU once went decades without topping UA in death valley.

I get it now. Everyone thinks that because we sent 11 guys to the nfl last year that we aren't still absolutely stacked?

I have no doubt that LSU will give Alabama their maximum effort - and then some.

It will be a great game.

Bama fans have a right to be confident. Their team has earned them that right.
I think LSU is capable of giving them a good game, which is what usually happens. I don't see any reason to doubt it will be another classic.

But so much can happen between now and then. Be patient. We'll get there. :-)

So what? Bama fans like to boast about beating LSU in DV and they don't mention that LSU has won in BDS. In the last 20 years the road team has been pretty successful

Obviously, it could happen, but what makes Bama fans so confident?

Two things really stick out to me for reasons of confidence.

1) Alabama has better football players
2) Alabama has better football coaches.

The only thing really working in lsu's favor is that this game is their Super Bowl every year.

I get all of that. Alabama will win every game and will never lose again. I get it.

Alabama could return all 22 of their starters from last year and I would still be confident that LSU would give them all they want and more in that game. I think that this LSU team is going to surprise everyone.

Where is Alabama better than they were last year? This is a serious question. I am not flaming. If I wanted to flame, I would take a very different approach.

Alabamas defense was young, and actually pretty average. That is clearly where they will show improvement.

To be fair LSU and UA haven't played many games in BDS.

LSU has beaten Bama 9 times in the last 12 years. Miles is 3-1 in BDS while LSU is 5-1 in BDS in that span

You intentionally leave out the fact that in 01, 03, 04, 06, and 07 were all the shittiest teams ever. LSU had great records during the years they won 5 straight. But when they ran into actual good Bama teams minus 2005, they lost. They lost, bro. Miles somewhat benefitted from running into a shitty Bama period. Those stats are very one sided.

It is rather weird how the road team has dominated this series since the days of Bear Bryant.
IIRC, the home team has only 4 wins each. Amazing.

Terrible arguement.

Might as well say Saban can only beat shitty AU teams as the only good ones he has faced (2007 and 2010) he lost to.

Mccarron played like shite for 3 quarters and 13 minutes and they still beat you. Imagine if he plays well the whole game this year.
