Bowling Green, KY is 65 miles from Nashville.
Springfield, MO is 286 miles from OKC.
Exactly! They're both far away! It's an enigma, this WKU game. Whackadelic.

Did you mean to post this as an alter? There's no way you come back from that embarrassment with that much piss and vinegar.

This thread is an obvious, yet horrible, attempt at attention whoring.

It's no different than KU playing in Arrowhead
Umm, this game is at LP Field not Arrowhead

OK that's a legit answer at least
So the fact that WKU is playing in the closest stadium feasible to house UK and WKU fans because theirs is too small isn't?
And why would they play at Papa John's in Louisville? In what world would the University of Louisville allow either school to play there and make money? That might be the dumbest suggestion I've seen all night.

UK & WKU played a few years ago down in Nashville and it was a perfect fit. There is not a bad seat in the stadium and theres lots to do for everyone that comes down.

Its like a bowl game for two schools unlikely to make one this year...

I am laughing at the likelihood of an account named Mario Chalmers getting access to the missouri board

I did live in Nashville for awhile so I have a least a smidgen of cred. And I can't say I really understand Kentucky playing Western Kentucky......in Nashville?
Obvious troll is obvious!
Either you lived in Nashville and you are trolling or you did not live in Nashville and are trolling just the same.
#1 - It is a home game for Western Kentucky so UK has nothing to do with venue selection. If you lived in Nashville for more than a month you would know this. Even if you did lot live in the area - as you claim - even the dumbest of the dumb could figure out it is WKU's game decision not UK's and 69 / 22 = 3.12 or roughly triple the capacity of the home venue.
#2 - Here are stadiums in the area by size, distance, owner, and ability for WKU to rent for home game:
a) 22K / 0 miles / Western Kentucky / WKU home stadium
b) 69K / 60 miles / Davidson County / stadium tenants include Tennessee Titans, Tennessee State Tigers, and Music City Bowl
c) 55K / 120 miles / Louisville Cardinals / why would UL rent to WKU?
d) 68K / 160 miles / Kentucky Wildcats / UK's home stadium would not be a home game for WKU
e) 66K / 220 miles / Cincinnati Bengals / UK has used as home stadium but this is not a UK home game
#3 - Alumni of WKU live and work in Davidson County so it is actually closer for them to see a game in Nashville than in Bowling Green. It also gives WKU a game in Nashville for recruiting exposure outside of KY. I am guessing at least 2/3 of the stadium has sold seats so that the final attendance will be at least double what WKU's stadium can hold.
#4 - As a Mizzou fan you are aware the last 6 games with Illinois have been played in Saint Louis which is mostly in MO yet Illinois fans living in IL still show up for the game. Imagine that, why would Illinois allow a game to be played in STL?
a) Columbia, MO to Saint Louis, MO = about 120 miles and 2 hours
b) Champaign, IL to Saint Louis, MO = about 180 miles and 3 hours

Yep, UK has the biggest stadium in the state and WKU is trying to raise money to pay Petrino.
