But in your OP you were incorrect about 'having a coach we don't want.'
2 or 3 strong armed members of the Board of Supervisors 'didn't want him.' But Alleva and the rest of the Board did not give into them.
75% of the entire fan base supports Miles, probably about 10% do not, the other 15% are neutral.
After LSU lost 3 games last year (before winning their final 2), it may have seemed that more fans......ON THIS SITE...... did not support him, but it was just the usual grumbling.
Miles is still liked by a majority of the fan base.
