Actually they were the worst team in the West at year's end. 7th place.

I know you're trying to troll man but really? You can't see why hog fans might be a little bit optimistic after this season compared to 2012/2013?

Maybe because he had them playing some pretty good football this season? Sure they weren't great, they but won some games and were competitive in many others. Why wouldn't they be optimistic?

We don't hate LSU. Most arkies are relatively fond of you guys. It is just more fun to troll y'all since LSU fans get so annoyed at it and try to flame back.

Notice we rarely say anything about Ole Miss. Right now, with our SWC alliance in place, it is pretty much LSU and Mizzou we troll... y'all are the only ones with enough gumption to fire back at us.

In addition to having us competitive in all the games this season (minus the first half vs Georgia and second half vs auburn) I really like what he's done with the culture of our team.

He's taken a zero tolerance stance on off the field issues. After alex Collins was flagged for unsportsmanlike for his lambeau leap, bret said publicly if he did anything like that again he wouldn't be playing here. And he meant it. Collins hands the ball to the officials after every play now.

Do these people even think before they post? Do people think Bert walked into a stacked roster or something? Hogs are on the rise. They doubled their projected win total.

Because 7th place in a 7 team division is.... progress for them.

And yet they beat your team and showed improvement while your team regressed. Amazing.

but as Bill Parcells says: You are what your record is. And for the second year in a row Arkansas was last in the SEC West.

Didn't lSU finish 5th and came a hair away from finishing 7th? What does that record say about LSU, I wonder?

Yep,we lost games due to lack of talent and depth the first year,plus a DC who wasn't an SEC fit.

We shot ourselves in the foot in games this year,penalties/turnovers,that we could have won.Can't do that against good teams.

But Beliema never let these guys quit.they never quit trying.

Well the equation for potential energy is:
U= mass*gravity*height

You could say Bert has plenty of potential

Looks like miles may have shite his pants and waddled out to shake bret's hand before heading for the showers.
