Maybe we just hate you for existing. Imagine how united this state would be if only one team was in the SEC and dominating everyone, it would be us vs the World. But no, you lot have to be present with no purpose in life other than trying to screw everything up. Go to hell Auburn, it's our fault for agreeing to play you and I guess it's our fault you aren't just another UAB, Troy or Samford.

I can trace my hate of auburn to October of 93 or 94... grew up a gator fan, till scholly at bama cemented the hate of your team. now auburn the school/town I love. I've countless enjoyable weekends there, minus post honk if you sacked brodie night. I lived in auburn for 2.5 weeks when we had 3 consecutive hurricanes come through Florida in 04 or 05. at the time my dog was 1.5 months post snakebite to the head. not only did the vet school not charge me, but 6 different DVMs and several students had a look at him and offered their thoughts on his current course of treatment. that really melted my gump heart towards your school. I've always swam well at the Martin center... shite I drove from jville, fl to austin to watch one of my best friends and the auburn swim team win NCAA's. I still hate your team though. my buddy and I talk shite for every bama/auburn match up in any sport. I fear the day the gymnastics streak ends

I understand the hate between Auburn and Alabama fans. I don't understand the hate for the universities and programs. If my son had the opportunity to play football for anyone he wanted to, I would let him choose without trying to push him one way or another. My brother-in-law is a Bama fan and my nephews are being brought up around both Auburn and Alabama.

Notice I didn't mention MSU in my original post because I didn't want to mention that your city sucks as bad as your coach does. I didn't want to bring that up.

Is that really it? Alabama pays players left and right, nothing happens to them and they have won 3 in 4 with those players. They are really only hated because of their fanbase.

THIS.

THIS is why you're hated, you pathetic cow-shite covered idiot.

I think everyone was feeling sorry for Auburn and many had a "feel good" feeling about them until a couple weeks ago. Now this revisionist "We would beat LSU now" stuff reminds me of why we all hated Auburn years ago.

I'd hope so. As for the rest, I think many perceive Au fans as a bit cultish and the majority being

like.

You know, I was trying the whole losing with grace thing and told many of your fans great game and go beat Bama yadda yadda yadda but it's whiny horse shite like this that makes me have second thoughts.

That said considering my sport fortunes my rooting for Aubie may be the perfect revenge as I'll take y'all down with me.

I would like for another fanbase to deal with the amount of anguish we've dealt with for the past 12 months. That may seem evil to some, but at this point I just want to watch something burn. It doesn't necessarily have to be Auburn, but they're as good a candidate as any.

I am beyond caring about other's desire and all I truly want is scorched earth everywhere to know what it feels like. I want no team to succeed dammit.

Doesn't help that on sundays I get to watch the 31st and 32nd team pile on

Very simple - Auburn hasn't earned any respect.

You may want to consider going over to Toomer's Corner and poisoning one of those metal poles that the fools erected so that they could hang toilet paper off of it.

I'm talking about suffering as a result of repeated on-field disappointment, not vandalism.

I think we COULD beat LSU at this point in the season but I also think that LSU manhandled us and could have beaten the brakes off us had they not gotten bored the first time. Normally, you don't get rematches in a year of football with the same personnel so it doesn't matter if we could possibly beat you now or not, we didn't beat you then.

Typical, and a valid reason for the hatred. You lose badly but later claim you are the better team.

Kudos, that's how Arkansas did it a couple years ago.

The Les Miles way. Play one half of good football.
