Long story short is this would have gone under the radar but Houston Nutt fricked Hugh within a matter of weeks because of his lawsuit.
If Nutt doesn't decide that he wants revenge, Hugh would've gone free because while Ole Miss knew he committed multiple violations, they didn't give a shite. They just didn't want it public, and it went public due to Nutt.

Look, it's been fun piling on but I doubt the NCAA is interested in which all head coaches have action on the side.

there are just so many unknowns and rumors on the "liking the ladies" issue.
--if the "ladies" were actually underage girls, then FREEZE (and possibly ole miss if it can be proved they knew about it) is getting into penn state territory
--if freeze was just paying for "ladies" to keep him company or had a few unpaid side pieces, that looks bad, might get into morality clause issues, but is not a program killing issue
--if freeze was using his state issued phone (or any phone that can be tracked) to HIRE "ladies" for recruits or players, them ole miss is looking at major sanction sh#t
but everything is just rumor, speculation and hearsay at this point

If the escorts are underage, then obviously that's a problem for that guy. But I suppose it could be more problems if the school somehow facilitated statutory rape.
But I can't imagine there would be any way to ascertain the escorts involved, since a phone line is not evidence of a specific escort. At least, it doesn't sound that way.
