easily. Only New York and Chicago have more Hall of Famers (we have 5: Aaron, McCovey, Satchel Paige, Ozzie Smith, and Billy Williams).

No other city has more home runs from players born there

Umm...I do remember going to a tournament at tech (I THINK we played North that game) but I don't remember the year. The 03/04 basketball season when south won it all was at the Gwinnett Arena. That was the last season I was there for. I also remember seeing us play in the dome in 01 or 02 when we lost to Redan due to Mercer missing free throws at the end. How they didn't win state in the 04/05 season I'll never know.

Edit: maybe the first rounds were at tech and then the last 2 games were at the arena?

haha yeah. Mike was always pretty cool, Louis thought he was the shite. Now that I think about it, I know someone else who you would almost certainly know from brookwood, but the circumstances around it are fairly embarrassing so I'll hold off on that story

well I was gone then but I definitely remember going to something at tech. I edited my other post, maybe they played the first round at tech and then the semifinals and finals at the arena. Who knows.

I just remember being at the Brookwood-South basketball game and while our small little white boys were warming up doing lay-ups, y'all were having a dunk contest on the other side.

We may have met, but I doubt we know each other. I was neighbors with Brandon and Johnny in Tuscaloosa. Met Pat through them. Pats the man, Jessica is great too.
