No doubt. Who really cares. Both are great backs that any college team would be lucky to have.

Ehh...I'll just say I'm glad DMac kept being DMac during the soap opera of the 2006 and 2007 seasons rather than deciding to make a "business decision" and resting on his laurels.

It's easy to take shots at McFadden's NFL career (he's still in the league making money BTW) when Leonard hasn't played a down in the NFL. Will Fournette still be in the league in a decade?

Where you in a coma when he was injured and still went in dry on Ole Miss this year?

So now you're bragging about the longevity of a guy who's missed about 30% of his games in the NFL due to injuries.

Nice.

Yet you use injuries as an excuse for LF's bad season and quitting on his team.

Nice

Dude, watching McFadden, Felix Jones, Peyton Hillis, and Michael Smith in that backfield was about as good as it gets. How Hootie could recruit that kind of talent and not win shite with it is amazing.

McFadden ran in a gimmick offense in college and when he got to the NFL he was exposed.

McFadden was SEC freshman of the year before anyone knew what the wild hog was. Besides that the Arkansas offense was vanilla as it gets

Have you seen me bragging about his longevity anywhere? Are you slow or something?

ETA: Wait, you don't need to answer that. You've already compared 2005-2007 Bama to 2014-2016 Bama. So, yes, you're dumb.

You made fun of McFadden for injuries, LSU fans make excuses for the once in a lifetime talent because of his injuries all the time.
Also, those Bama defenses were pretty good, even in the down years. But you're too dumb to realize that.

I don't know if anyone defending Leonard Fournette should be taking this stance. He was too "hurt" to finish out his college career. Will he still be on a roster in 10 years?

So, you can't actually read. I didn't make fun of McFadden. I made fun of the guy bragging about longevity of a player who's been injury prone for his entire career.

There's a pretty big difference there.

You're right. They're totally comparable to the defense Fournette faced.

If he averages less than 150 carries per season, probably.

You also argue that Leonard Fournette is a better running back than Darren McFadden while citing Leonard's "injury" as a reason for his behavior and projected numbers. McFadden played his entire college career while battling injuries. The whole time was an absolute soap opera for the program. He played his last game under a shitty interim coach in a meaningless bowl after a very, very disappointing season.
