Normally I would say JFF but for 2013 LSU Clowney is a better fit.

I could careless if he's a douche, only gotta put up with him for 3 years. I'm a defensive guy but they can run away from Clowney while one of the best players in the country gets the ball in his hands 70-80 snaps a game.

Manziel. Clowney had one great game and one highlight moment in another game. Manziel had several great games and dozens of highlight moments. Not even close IMO.
