No.

I'd say more like the mold of a David Boston.

There is nothing about Jordan Matthews that makes me thing he is special. Mike Evans has the ability to be special.

They basically had the same yards and TD's but one with 40+ less catches.

Evans big play ability make him a game changers.

Being the all time SEC catch leader at fricking Vandy isn't special? Are you serious?

Evans is a hell of a player but the only thing holding me back is that his QB was JFF. He scrambled around which gave Evens more time to get open. I think Matthews runs better routes, while Evans is more physical

Wow, a lot of Aggy hate showing out in this thread.

Same haters said that JFF got bailed out all the time because of Evans and it was Evans that made JFF. Now, it's JFF is the reason Evans was so good.

IMO: Evans will be a very good pro and have a greater impact on a franchise. Both are very good probably close to even right now but Evans has more potential and will "Sale" more merchandise for the team. That's what gives him the edge over Mathews

Would take Matthews primarily because of concerns with Evans' character. His whole crybaby thing in the bowl game was unimpressive

That was one play.
It happens.
But yeah, he let his emotions get the best of him on that no-call (his perception).

It wasn't just in the bowl game. But crap like that won't matter to some NFL teams. Like if he went to New England the locker room would fix that attitude.

Drafting between the two is tough. I guess it depends on the team I'm drafting for. I see Matthews as a better route runner and speed where Evans will out physical you for the ball and is a better blocker.

Since you responded to me, I'd like you to show me where I've ever said this.

I said last year that JFF was overrated, and I was proven wrong. (I'll own that).

But I've never said that Evans bailed out Manziel. That would be idiotic. Manziel clearly makes some crazy arse plays that only he could make.

I don't think CAS believes what he writes. Because he is wrong so often it doesn't matter. Trolltard.

Worshipping Kobe Bryant is a good indicator...

Matthews.

Evans is a size mismatch that's about it. That works in college football but in the NFL it doesn't.

Not anywhere close to Megatrons speed.
