Kentucky has to replace Bud Dupree and Za'Darius Smith but otherwise is bringing back a lot of young players with a lot of experience.

Most of the guys on offense and defense will be Stoops recruits.

A bowl game is the bare minimum for success next year.

LSU should be really good next year, unless we decide to run the same offense with the same QB. Which isn't out of the realm of possibility.

Once mUSChamp officially joins SPURrier, SCAR will be dangerous.

Florida and Tennessee are both going to be much better next season as well.

LSU is going to be back to their old selves next season IMHO ... just in time to come to The Cock Pit. That's how it works for SCAR when it comes to LSU.

I agree about Arkansas as well - they appear to be on the right track. Very physical running game.

I think JJ has a shot to be the best. How many experienced QBs return?

Does Dak?

In West: LSU and Arkansas most improved. Miss. State takes a big step back and will be a one-season wonder. Alabama will be Alabama. Ole Miss could be scary good with the talent they have coming back on both sides of the ball. Best receivers and several good quarterbacks competing now to get the job. Not sure about Auburn and A&M. Auburn will depend on its new Defensive Coordinator.

In East: Tennessee and South Carolina will be most improved and Georgia could be more solid than this year.

Who will be the biggest surprise in the SEC next year?
True.

Depends on the development at the QB position. Fournette will be a horse.

Does that mean he'll bust that elusive 20 yard barrier when Bert comes to Baton Rouge?

Mizzou miraculously wins the East after being predicted in the preseason to finish 5th.

He had 5 carries. Nice troll, though.

Arkansas - Got a squad learning how to play and win.

Florida - Can Jim turn it around it just a year?

Agree with both of these. The piggies were really close this year. The one thing against them next year is the schedule.

@ Tennessee
@ Bama
@ Ole Miss
@ LSU

is a tall order. Even so, I think 8-4 or better isn't unreasonable.

As far as Florida goes, I wouldn't be surprised to see them contend for the east next season.

A group effort. The SEC East will be better than the West.
