Who will be Auburn's starting QB this season?

After watching the Netflix series "Last Chance U" I was kinda curious as to how John Franklin is doing in the system at Auburn. Do they still have him at qb? And if so, is he in contention for a starting job this year or next?

Whites going to be the starter IMO.

I need to watch that.
He's still in contention, but I don't have a clue what's going to happen. Not sure anybody does...maybe even Gus.

nobody knows right now (obviously). I think the coaches want it to be Franklin to do all the run stuff, and even if he hits the same completion percentage as JUcO (58) then that is in line with our other two and is fine for what we need him for.
White is the steadiest and a good player, just not in a system that fits him great.
Johnson apparently has looked really good, but nobody really has a clue if the coaches trust him at all

Interesting. I'd like to see the guy get on the field somehow. Hes a hell of an athlete and really does seem like a good kid. Thanks for the legit response to the question

Would be reminiscent of what Louisville did last year with Jackson. If Clemson runs the score up quickly, Gus may feel the need to alter the game plan and bring in JFIII.

This Netflix shite must be bad if everyone is jumping the JF3 ship. I'll stick with him but hopefully he's ready. Sean White is a weak arse but he is the most accurate passer when given all day to throw.

Any update? I just watched the series as well. John Franklin seems too inconsistent.
