If someone comes and gets Gus, it won't be for his executive ability...it will be so he brings his offense and stays. That was the expectation with Chizik and the D. If he plans on keeping Roof next year, I would support offering Chizik the D coordinator job or a bus ticket...and promoting Gus to HC.
