CPA you are still not the brightest, but I think it's a good question.
We aren't going to toy with Penn State like we did last year. They'll be ready to play.
And let's not act like State and Clemson have had 1)good luck with Auburn 2) no problem living up to expectations.

Again, whose fault is it there is not much experienced depth going into year 3?
Again, Tubby's. I'm sorry it bother's you that Chiz has been successful so far.
So, by that reasoning, I guess Tubby is responsible for last years NC, since there were 22 seniors on that team. Nice.

I am assuming Bama loses to Arkansas and Auburn beats Clemson & Miss St. This is not all that far fetched.

Which makes it hard for a Bama fan to understand, why 8 wins is the benchmark for Aubie fans this year and will be a pleasing record.

Nobody said it was a benchmark. It is reality with the schedule we have and the fact that the SEC west has gotten so good. If we were in the east this year, I would say we get 10 wins.

Not really. Just as it's not farfetched to believe my guess that Bama could be 5-0 and Auburn could be 2-3 after five games this year.

Blind leading the blind in here. On one hand yall tout the consecutive top 5 recruiting classes, brag how awesome the coaching staff is, and then say its reasonable to think 8 wins is the best they can do this year and more shouldn't be expected. This is why Auburn is Auburn. It is also why, in 119 years, after a total of 12, double digit win seasons, only ONCE, has Auburn ever done it back to back.

you right man. Our fan base being realistic about our season is why we didn't get more 10 win seasons.
At times, you make a good argument but you are getting more of a joke everyday.

Holy shite you're pathetic.

On the other hand, you predict AU will win only 6 games and then claim you can't understand why AU fans only expect to win 7 or 8. The only logic behind this is you are trolling and/or illogical.

Good thing you've come up with something original.
Here, I posted this for you once, but you conveniently ignored it.
Let's hear your thoughts on this.

"Our goal is championships, period," Chizik said. "It doesn't matter if we play with 22 freshmen. The goals have not changed. The expectation and standard has not changed. Anything less than a championship is not good enough."

Just sayin.. lower expectations, gets lower results, in sports, games and life.
Posted on 8/9/11 at 10:57 am to WDE24
I think they win 6 to 8 games. That's still lower than they should after the classes they've had.
