Alabama and Auburn are tied at 22 for RBs drafted since 1980. Auburn has had 5 drafted in the 1st round, including one #1 overall; and Bama has had 4 drafted in the 1st round.

I think WR U has to go to LSU in recent years, though it used to be UT. LSU always seems to have some huge fast guys who get open for long yards.

Yeah, but 3 of our WRs from 2012 are currently on NFL rosters. Not to mention guys like Meachem and Denarius Moore.

Florida has the NFL's all-time leading rusher...

and also Fred Taylor, the 15th leading rusher in NFL history.

I think that by itself merits some discussion.

Some more recent guys (not exactly studs): Earnest Graham, Deshawn Wynn.

Current NFL players: Jeff Demps, Mike Gillislee, Chris Rainey.

If you only include rushing stats, and it has to be at least 1300 yards, then no, Faulk does not fit that narrow criteria.

He's also better than almost every other RB that has at least 1300 yards in a season.

Dang, you would have thought Florida would have shown in there somewhere. I guess to much fun and gun or whatever Spurrier called it.

I'd give the edge to Auburn because of ridiculous consistency from at least Bo to the present (save a few years here and there).

Just before Bo, in the late 1970's, there were William Andrews (4 Pro Bowls), Joe Cribbs (1980 AFC Rookie of the Year, 3 Pro Bowls), and James Brooks (4 Pro Bowls).

I think it was the 1978 season that Andrews was the FB and Cribbs and Brooks were the HBs in Barfield's veer offense.

Even under Meyer, the backs weren't spectacular. Demps was super fast, and one of my favorites, though

Were Cam and Nick Marshall counted? Not RBs but 1000 yard rushers.

Id say Aubbies, Georgia and LSU in that order.

Everyone knows that Bama RB;s are big bust in the NFL.

Agreed, he was great. However, you were responding to

This is more of a recent and elite perspective and lists the 1300+ yard rushers since the beginning of the BCS era.
