Market forces at work. When you're the best in your profession, you call your own shots and everyone says, "Yessir" or "Yesma'am'" and likes it even if a part of their soul (i.e. their wallet) is dying a little inside.

We could buy the Aggies head coach for three years and get just about or below what we have now.
