For me it's Ted Ginn.
He's such a long strider that TV doesn't do him justice.
I've never seen a guy destroy angles so effortlessly.

EDIT: Apparently a lot of people missed the IN PERSON part of this question.

Joe Adams in person. But I’d have to say, trindon Holliday had speed for days. Hated when we kicked to him

Deion Sanders.

It looked effortless.

Getting to watch that 2018 Iron Bowl in person seeing Waddle, Smitty, Ruggs and Jeudy was something else. Funny was that back then Waddle was the slowest of the 4. Crazy.

Darrell Green. Saw him in the 80s.
He left a vapor trail.

Green ran 4.43 40 yard dash at 50 years old.

Vincent Edward Jackson could move, too.

The fastest was O. J. Simpson while he was @USC. He ran the 40 in 3.6.

The fastest AND strongest was Herschel Walker while he was @UGA. He ran the 40 in 4.3, and bulldozed the field while in the process!

Darren McFadden as a freshman playing at Georgia was almost as fast as Trindon Holliday at Little Rock.

I officiated a game with Breece Hall when he was in high school. Called a few with Dylan Edwards who is at CU as well. I have been in the crowd with Tyreek. Trindon Holliday was ridiculous too.

Trindon Holliday is the fastest player I’ve ever seen in college or pro hands down.

Now that's a blast from the past. Haven't heard his name invoked in a while. Helluva player
