Could be Richard Scruggs or David Nutt. Both probably to smart to get caught. Scruggs could buy Ole Miss out of his front pocket.

2 reasons I don't think it's Mr. Dunlap:
--He's too old and experienced to have his name directly tied to wrongdoing.
--He wouldn't try to cover it up if he was pinched. He would give a big middle finger to all involved.

There are several in Memphis that are said to be worth over 1B not including Fred Smith.
Dobbs Family, Pitt Hyde, Sparks Family
