Which is insane. But it's largely due to limited use and a small number of carries. Harris is only averaging 79 yards/game and 9 attempts per game. Jacobs is averaging 51 yards/game and 6 attempts per game.
Jacobs is a future star though. Guy can absolutely ball. He will be the starter by the end of the year.

I'm going with Guice and Fournette, but don't take anything away from the other great RB duos mentioned in this thread. I've been impressed with a lot of them this year.
