What are you. Retarded? That's a difference of 4.4 yards. How would that be the same?

Because it's "one first down every two carries" - like the AU fan was saying, must be the same.

The fact that yall are using stats to determine the best RB shows you know nothing of football. The offensive line and the play calling is going to be the largest determining factor in the stat sheet for a RB.

If youre talking about which RB duo has been the most successful then this thread is on to something. If you want to know who the best RB talents are, guys you would pick first in a pickup game, then you have to actually watch them play.

You guys and dick measuring threads. A third of the threads on this forum are dick measuring contests. Nobody cares. There are lots of great RB duos and there is no way to prove which is the best.

If you go by totals then it is Bama, with 1380 total yards. But that's split between 5 players. If you look at top 2 only then the answer is also clear. It is Texas A&M, with 1206 yards between Trayveon Williams and Trevor Knight.

Auburn is a respectable 1043 between Kerryon Johnson and Kamryn Pettway. If for whatever screwed up reason we are leaving QBs out, then Auburn wins in a top 2 contest.

A runner is a runner. A&M's two runners have better stats than your two runners. Put whatever spin you want on it.

Wow. Pettway and Kerryon already over 1k yards. That's impressive. Both having missed a game.

Pettway has 2 games with no carries. He was held out injured one game and zero carries against Clemson.

A lot of that has had to do with playcalling and the offensive line coming into it's own I think. I'm hoping Saturday was a sign that things are about to start getting into a good running game. Watching Tenn and the Aggies.. I'm kinda looking forward to the next two weeks and hopefully continuing to establish a good run identity. That should help Hurts even more.

Also, Saban used the WKU game as a passing clinic for Hurts. You guys could have pounded them into the ground with the run game yet Saban and Kiffen decided to throw the ball almost 40 times.

You didn't happen to notice Johnson trucking LSU defenders all night?

Sure, they're no Jovon Robinson, but they hold their own. They're also young players that are just getting better.

I noticed him running over our backup free safety. Once. This all night thing is a fabric of your imagination. Your backs are alright, but they're no LF and Guice. You know that.

Pretty easily LF7/Guice

LSU is averaging 270 yards/game in SEC play for 6.62 ypc
