The SEC was the top conference way before y'all came along. I'm sure Slive and the rest of the higher ups are satisfied with the additions but the people you, your friends, and the rest of the Mizzou fanbase will interact with don't give two shits about what y'all really have to offer.

So we'll be viewed like scjr. has for the past 20 years.

You should. They have accomplished more than TAM already

I don't hate either Missouri or TAMU, and I don't hate that they're in the conference (despite Yankees, etc.). What I hate about the expansion is the practical effect on my experience. I don't care about playing Missouri, I don't want to go there, and I know 0 mizzou fans in real life. I liked playing more of the teams in the west and being able to talk shite with friends from Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana. Now it seems like the east an west are almost two separate conferences.

I agree with all of this. Even with Mizzou joining the SEC, there's either not many of their fans here where I live or they don't sport their gear. They belong in the West anyway and it was stupid to put them in the East if we had to take them. Yes, I know we had to do that but the Aubies seemed willing to move to the East.

There's no Mizzies here IRL to talk to/talk trash with/drink beer with...

I think the answer to your question is the collective Arkansas fanbase.

I loved the SEC @ 12 teams. We rotated with our east foes more often. Visiting teams fans knew the routine. When aTm fans visited an overwhelming majority were fine I guess. But the grown man jersey wearing fools we're it much. The obnoxious tool that sat in the AU alumni section didnt help much either.

I thought A&M was a great get for the conference. They come in with natural rivals in Arkansas and LSU. What I hated was expanding to 14 teams, which made scheduling even more of a nightmare not just in football, but in all sports. 12 teams was such a perfect number. Personally, I would have preferred that we take A&M and not Mizzou, and kick out Arkansas, but that's me.

Congrats on beating a 2-9 LSU team twenty years ago. What an amazing accomplishment.

When will you guys hang the banner?

Historically LSU owns Texas A&M

Agree with most. A&M makes sense. Missouri was a terrible pick. Can't stand our new scheduling. Want to go back to 12/13 or add a 14 that makes this scheduling worth it. Honestly don't see this working very long. We overexpanded and didn't fully see the consequences.
