Lol bro. The people with real issues are anyone who considers Cam to be the "face of the NFL."
Like serious psychological issues that you need to see a professional about.

I judge how I feel about each by how much I would not want to hang out with them.
I would love to hang out with Johnny and Cam. I can guarantee I would hate AJ McCarron. Has nothing to do with Bama. Guy just rubs me the wrong way. I think it has to do with being so Mobile white trash. I know some Mobile white trash and I hate all of them

So you would love to hang out out with an arrogant guy that might possibly steal your electronics and an entitled prick from money that hangs with Bieber? Would you like to hang with Bieber as well?
This gives me great insight into how your mind works.

Is that really your logical basis for terming it "cheating"? There is a difference in breaking laws/rules, and cheating. Sorry you don't understand the difference. "If" he were paid, the AU booster would be the cheater.

I don't think anyone besides an Auburn fan would claim that a QB that has very mixed reactions from one of the worst markets in the NFL whose team will be lucky to make the playoffs this year is the face of the NFL over Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers, Adrian Peterson, Calvin Johnson, etc.
Fwiw the fans had him runner up to Sherman, who is just the big name right now because of his outburst and the fact the Seahawks just won the super bowl

The fact that you think him doing those things makes him a good person. That's whats funny.
He did those things at AU, and has continued to do those things. Sure, it could all be for show, but it could also be that he actually cares. It's a laughable, fruitless discussion either way.

Cam and Manziel had off the field situations which clouded the view of people. Both were/are tremendous talents. McCarron played for Bama, so there lies my answer. I don't think I disliked any of the three thou. Cam was the only one LSU did not beat, but LSU only had one opportunity.

Really? He put up phenomenal stats against the worst SEC secondary since they started letting blacks play? You don't say. Seriously, even Jordan Jefferson would have carved up that defense like a turkey.
AJ was a more than capable passer when he had to be. See 21-0 for reference.

No there ins't. Breaking the rules is literally the definition of cheating.

Yeah, LSU probably would have gotten the W the following year. AU lost key pieces that allowed Cam to take over the game. He got out at the right time. AU was a 9/10 win team even with Cam had he stayed, like A&M with Manziel.

Literally, no it's not. Tack on "to gain an unfair advantage", then you'll have your definition.

The only reason I don't/didn't like Cam was pure jealousy. He took himself AND his TEAM places. He's a hard guy to dislike, but since he's AU I used the jealousy to force myself.

McCarron asked a leukemia patient to be his flower girl, but I'm sure in your view that's all done for PR while Cam has a halo on his head.
"He visited school kids in Auburn."
"He drives a moped."
I'd be rich if I had a dollar for every time that was muttered by an Auburn fan since 2010.

I don't know why you directed that towards me. I'm not one to judge those that do things to help others, because I do very little of it. But as long as you're sure I think it was a PR move, carry on. But I offered nothing for you to arrive at that conclusion.

I see internal projection.

I can't believe I actually have to consult a dictionary to educate you that paying college football players is cheating in the current system. It's absurd.
There is literally no other way to explain this to you. I'm sorry that you cannot understand that if you break the rules, you are cheating and are therefore suspended.
cheat
verb (used with object)
1.
to defraud; swindle: He cheated her out of her inheritance.
2.
to deceive; influence by fraud: He cheated us into believing him a hero.
3.
to elude; deprive of something expected: He cheated the law by suicide.
verb (used without object)
4.
to practice fraud or deceit: She cheats without regrets.
5.
to violate rules or regulations: He cheats at cards.
6.
to take an examination or test in a dishonest way, as by improper access to answers.
Do me a favor.
I need you to find the nearest scrabble set, get all of the pieces with letters on them, and eat them all.
Then, find the strongest laxatives that you can and consume them.
Then, when you've shat out a bunch of scrabble letters, PM me what they say.
Because that will probably make more sense than anything you will say intentionally, you illiterate SOB.

You notice how they say "he cheats at cards"?
That is an action in which he gains an unfair advantage over others. My whole premise has been he didn't gain an unfair advantage on the field, thus he isn't a "cheater". He would have violated rules, but it wasn't an action that would have made an unlevel playing field for another.

Wow, you're mad. Don't take your lack of understanding out on me. It's not my fault you can't comprehend the concept.

Paying players does give a team an unfair advantage on the field whether you want to keep using semantics or not.

I'm not sure what AJ has done to be considered such a douche...other than he won...a lot....so I guess that pisses rival fans off...other than a bad tattoo and Katherine Webb, I don't really see what AJ has done to be considered a douche.
he didin't get kicked out of school for being a thief, wasn't involved in a pay-for-play scandal, didn't proclaim himself to be an icon and entertainer, didn't get caught selling his autographs, wasn't posting stupid shite on social media, wasn't caught rolling up dollar bills in Vegas bathrooms, wasn't hanging out with Justin Bieber and making $$$ signs....I could go on and on....
AJ gets hated on because he played for Bama and was very successful.
